Aim

Using our extensive experience in change and transformation,  our aim is to enable defence to take an audience-centric approach to help them understand and affect our adversaries.

Approach

Our overall approach to this change and transformation work is one of context, research and regular and broad stakeholder engagement.  This approach is enabling us to fully understand the client and their challenges, as they as they seek to achieve advantage both above and below the threshold of war in the information environment.

However, at a more detailed level, we are also adopting elements of different change and transformation methodologies, with our general approach being closest to Nudge theory.  Finally, to ensure that change is successfully achieved, we are mindful of Kotter’s 8-step process for leading change. This highlights the importance of bringing people on the change journey, removing barriers to change and most importantly, embedding change across the organisation.

Solution

We are designing and driving a number of Accelerator projects, in collaboration with the existing military team, which aim to embed Information Advantage into the structure, processes, culture and mindset of defence.

Outcomes

Outcomes

Working with our defence colleagues,  we will drive a defence-wide transformation that helps achieve the condition of Information Advantage; enabling defence to outmanoeuvre adversaries in the Information Age.
