Johnny Norris and Al Sweet founded Warner McCall in 2009, to help those working in and supporting the Defence and National Security sectors, with security cleared, specialist management consultancy.
Johnny Norris
Johnny has extensive consulting experience across the commercial and government sectors. Expert at strategic stakeholder engagement, his focus is on delivering complex transformation and operational change projects. In the defence sector, he regularly works with 2 and 3 star individuals. For the last 18 months he has been working with a major government client, leading a large-scale transformation project that radically changes the way that their people, processes and systems deal with nation-state digital threats.
Al Sweet
Al’s credentials stem from a background of 23 years’ combat and training delivery in high-threat operational environments in the British Army and UK Special Forces, blended with over a decade of commercial experience delivering complex technical programmes. Al’s expertise in leading programmes and projects focuses on the delivery, innovation and the rapid insertion of technologies that create advantage; ranging from multi-million to billion GBP with teams of 2 to 40, including MOD's LE TacCIS, OSINT and Offensive Cyber programmes.
